Gregory Ridella

Greg Ridella, formerly an in-house employment law attorney with Chrysler for 33 years, presently with Eastman & Smith Ltd, a business law firm, working in the firm’s Detroit, Michigan office. During his career he has provided legal advice and counsel on matters pertaining to: hiring and downsizing the workforce, employee discipline, diversity and affirmative action planning, privacy and security, human resource policies and procedures, performance evaluations, EEO and non-discrimination compliance, employment, separation, consultant and employee benefit provider agreements, pension and welfare plan administration, compensation programs and pay practices, civil rights agency claims and agency audits, labor negotiations litigation in federal and state courts. Greg is involved with his church and volunteers within his community.
