Natalie Williams, Founder & CEO, NAW Integrated Business Solutions, LLC., is a Coach, Business Development Specialist, Author, and a strong professional leader with extensive knowledge and experience in effective execution and implementation of policy, procedure, and programs.
Natalie, formerly known for her major transformative roles as the Director of Operations for CVMSDC and Executive Director for the Women’s Business Center of Charlotte, has over 25 years of financial administration, organizational development, operational management, and nonprofit experience. She specializes in assisting organizations increase productivity, drive performance, and enhance operating efficiencies.
Natalie has been instrumental throughout her career in developing women and small business leadership training programs but is most widely known for transforming lives. Born the youngest of six children in a struggling family with a lot of pride, Natalie had many barriers to overcome. Although challenged because of her forwardness, being overlooked for her creativity and leadership, and stigmatized for her ambition, Natalie kept going and was determined to set others free from their own roadblocks and barriers.
Eager to create a space of equity for others, she embraced her passion and purpose for her life’s assignment to inspire, motivate, and empower those around her.
In her life’s journey she has organized various conferences, women summits, nonprofit community outreach events; has worked alongside community leaders, celebrities, civil rights icons, millionaires, pastors, business owners, City officials and more for the benefit of the underserved population.
Natalie currently serves as an Advisory Council Member for Sustainable Environmental Training (SET) and Cabarrus Center for Entrepreneurship. She is a Board Member of NXT CLT, Self-Help Credit Union, NC Black Entrepreneurship Council (NC BEC); and has received various awards and recognition.
