Success is defined differently by each of us, and rightfully so. Whatever your vision is of success —walk in it, sister! As I reflect on this holiday season, I am more than grateful for the successes I’ve had in just this year alone (not to mention across the course of my lifetime).
From the successful Career Mastered Women’s Leadership Summit & Awards held in Atlanta this year to the continued leadership my team and I have shown by supporting and recognizing more than 400 plus women and girls over the course of almost 10 years, we’ve been resilient since the idea and concept of Career Mastered was created. Today and in this season, I’m embracing every aspect of what success looks and feels like to me. So how are you embracing your season of success? Are you sharing and celebrating it with the world?
For me, I think it is important to not sit by your success and instead continue next leveling by taking the time to reset and refocus.
