During the 2022 Career Mastered Summit & Awards, Dr. Sabrina Jackson facilitated a session entitled “Activating to Engage the Whole You”. The session began with a highly interactive ice breaker that allowed the entire audience to participate…and they did. The activity emphasized the three (3) attitudes people find in their company on any given day. The 3rd attitude was simply “On Fire”. Dr. Sabrina urged the participants to never go to the workplace simply looking for the 3rd level, they should bring it and when they do it is contagious. The session went on to ask a question for leaders, “What are the top 5 reasons people fail at their jobs?” There were several answers shared by attendees.
