Bojangles, Inc. recently announced that leading human resources and change management strategist Monica Sauls joined the company as Chief People Officer, effective Sept. 15. In this newly defined position that goes beyond the traditional human resources role, Sauls will drive the company’s culture, developing current team members and attracting new talent to support the company’s growth. Reporting directly to Bojangles CEO Jose Armario, Sauls’ leads talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion and culture stewardship. She is the first African American to serve on Bojangles’ senior leadership team in the company’s 43-year history. Source:

TIFFANY WARREN-  Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Sony Music Group

As part of its continued commitment to diversity and equity in the workplace and beyond, Sony Music Group (SMG) today announced the appointment of Tiffany R. Warren to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. She will work with all of Sony Music Group’s global recorded music, publishing and corporate divisions to expand the Company’s ongoing equity and inclusion activities and policies. Warren will directly report to SMG’s Chairman, Rob Stringer. In her role, Warren will be responsible for leading the Company’s strategies to continue driving an inclusive culture and equitable workplace. Partnering with SMG’s global leadership teams including its Human Resources and Employee Network Groups as well as its Social Justice task forces and Philanthropy efforts, Warren will build on SMG’s current commitments and activities around the following areas: hiring and promotion equity; inclusive learning and development; regular organizationwide diversity and equity assessments; and diversified business and community partnerships. TRACY MARINESVice President and Corporate Controller


STV announced Tracy Marines, a highly experienced financial controller, and corporate accountant, has joined the company as vice president and corporate controller. In this role, Marines is responsible for the company’s accounting, reporting, and financial audits. Additionally, she will supervise general accounting, payroll, accounts payable and expense reporting staff, and related activities. Marines has more than 25 years of professional experience with several Pennsylvania-based publicly traded companies. Prior to joining STV, she served as vice president, controller, and principal accounting officer at an industry-leading manufacturing firm. She began her career with a “Big Four” accounting firm and is a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
